Terms for digitalbouquet.org

Effective date: April 24, 2026

These Terms explain how you may use digitalbouquet.org and the rules that apply when you create, store, and share a Digibouquet through the site.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of digitalbouquet.org and any related pages, features, and services we provide through the site.

digitalbouquet.org offers a digital bouquet creation and sharing service. Users can design a Digibouquet, add a message, generate a shareable page, and in some cases attach a voice note.

By accessing or using digitalbouquet.org, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use digitalbouquet.org only if you can lawfully enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.

Some features may require an account or sign-in through a third-party authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when using the service and to keep that information reasonably up to date.

3. User Content

You may submit names, written messages, bouquet selections, voice recordings, and related content through digitalbouquet.org. You retain your rights in the content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant digitalbouquet.org a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content as needed to operate, maintain, improve, moderate, and provide the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and for making sure you have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to submit and share it.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use digitalbouquet.org to submit, share, or distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, or abusive content.

You may not impersonate another person, violate someone else's privacy or publicity rights, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, scrape the site at scale, or attempt to bypass technical restrictions.

You may not use digitalbouquet.org for spam, fraud, bulk unsolicited messaging, or any activity that could harm the service, its users, or third parties.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

digitalbouquet.org may review, block, remove, pause, or refuse content or access when we believe it may violate these Terms, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the service.

We may use automated tools and service workflows, including text and voice review processes, to help detect or manage prohibited content.

We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we reserve the right to take action when needed.

6. Shared Links and Visibility

A share link created through digitalbouquet.org can be accessed by people who receive that link. You are responsible for deciding what information, names, messages, and recordings you include in a shared Digibouquet.

Do not include highly sensitive personal information in content you intend to share. If a link is forwarded or exposed, others may be able to view the associated page.

Some shared content, including voice-related content, may be subject to storage, moderation, access, or expiration rules.

7. Intellectual Property

The digitalbouquet.org site, its software, branding, visual design, text, layout, and underlying service elements are owned by digitalbouquet.org or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the service without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

digitalbouquet.org relies on third-party providers for certain functions, including authentication, hosting, storage, database services, and related infrastructure.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms or policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our legal obligations.

9. Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of digitalbouquet.org at any time, including features, pricing, storage rules, or availability.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

digitalbouquet.org is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, digitalbouquet.org and its operators disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, digitalbouquet.org and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, or profits arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to digitalbouquet.org if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service, or used the site in a way that is unlawful or harmful.

You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on digitalbouquet.org and update the effective date on this page.

Your continued use of the service after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Payments and Refunds

Voice-sharing credits are digital goods purchased through a third-party payment processor. All purchases are subject to the terms in this section.

Credits. Voice-sharing credits are issued to your account upon confirmed payment. Each credit entitles you to create one voice-enabled Digibouquet share link. Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Single credits. A single voice-sharing credit is refundable within 7 days of purchase only if it remains unused.

Bundle packs. For bundle purchases of 10 credits, once any credit in the pack has been used to create a share link, the entire pack becomes non-refundable. If no credits in the pack have been used, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your payment provider and may take up to 10 business days to appear.

Trial credits. Free trial credits have no monetary value and are not refundable or transferable.

Technical failures. If a credit is deducted but no share link is created because of a confirmed technical error on our side, contact us and we will review your case.

How to request a refund. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email, approximate purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days. A short summary is also available on our Refund Policy page.

EU notice. If you are located in the European Union, you acknowledge that by initiating delivery of digital content, you agree that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once credits have been issued to your account.
